Terms of Use

  1. It is important to understand that the membership fee pays ONLY for the access to our website Anime Theme (animetheme.com). The membership fee does NOT pay for any contents that Anime Theme archives. The copyright, ownership and all other rights of the contents still belong to their respective authors and owners. Please also read our disclaimer.
  2. All payments are processed by PayPal and we do NOT hold or have access to any of the critical or transaction-related information such as the credit card numbers of our members. Visit PayPal website for information of their privacy policy.

    We do have access to some other personal information of our members, such as their email addresses. Click here to read the privacy policy of Anime Theme.
  3. All membership fees paid are NOT refundable, EXCEPT in the case that our website has been down for more than 60 days for 4-month plan or 180 days for 1-year plan while an account is still valid, and in such case refunds will be issued for the amounts remaining on that account (calculated based on the length of website down time during the valid period of that account).
  4. Any abuse of an Anime Theme Premier Membership account is NOT allowed and such accounts will be TERMINATED immediately without warnings. Abuses of accounts include, but not limited to, the followings:
    1. Share your user name and password with anyone.
    2. Post or upload any ILLEGAL contents to our forums or any parts of our site.
    3. Overload our site or network with unnecessary traffics, such as giving out our member-only download links to UNAUTHORIZED users.
    4. Spam or do anything disturbing or damaging in our forums or any parts of our site, and such actions can disrupt our service in general or the use of our service by any other users.
    There will be NO refund at all if an account is terminated due to abuses.
  5. Anime Theme Premier Membership system is designed to work with Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 4 or above) and Mozilla-based browsers (eg. Netscape 7, FireFox) with JavaScript turned ON. We do NOT guarantee the functioning of our website for any other browsers or non-JavaScript-capable browsers.
  6. Anime Theme Premier members are also the members of our forums. The forum member account itself is FREE and still valid (unless explicitly terminated due to abuses or other reasons) even after the Anime Theme Premier Membership of that account has expired.

Disclaimer

  1. Except for those materials owned and copyrighted by Anime Theme, all other images and downloads provided in our member-only sections are copyrighted by their respective owners. If you are the author or copyright owner of these materials and you do NOT want them to be displayed or distributed in Anime Theme or in this member-only way, email the webmaster and they will be removed from Anime Theme promptly.
